Class: Observation_Presence_Criterion

Documentation: An observation presence criterion checks for presence or absence of coded concept and a specific value within the valid window among instances of Observations. Null valid window defaults to 'ever in the past.'

value The value of this slot answers the question, "what was found?". This slot is tightly bound the the "code" slot to describe an observation.A data value DataValue 1:1
